Why we started

Locksmithing has a reputation problem, and it's earned. People get quoted one figure on the phone and charged another on the invoice. Locks get drilled that didn't need drilling. Callouts get taken by dispatch centres hundreds of kilometres away who subcontract to whoever answers.

We built this business around the opposite of that: one local operation, one phone number, a price you hear before work starts, and a written invoice at the end. It isn't a revolutionary idea. It's just uncommon enough to be worth saying out loud.

What we commit to

• Price before work

  You hear the callout fee and an estimate range on the phone, and you approve a firm figure on site before we begin.

• Entitlement checks

  We verify that you're entitled to access the property, vehicle or safe. Always, without exception.

• Least destructive method

  Drilling is a last resort, and never happens without your explicit approval and a replacement price.

• Written warranty

  Workmanship warranty in writing on installations, plus the manufacturer's warranty on hardware.

• No invented social proof

  We don't publish reviews, ratings or job counts we can't stand behind. If you want references, ask.

• Clear invoicing

  Itemised parts and labour, GST shown, issued by email or on paper.

What we don't do

We don't open vehicles or safes for anyone who can't demonstrate ownership. We don't duplicate restricted keys without written authority from the system holder. We don't fit hardware that would obstruct a required fire egress path. And if a job is genuinely outside our competence, we say so and point you to someone better placed.
