Commercial hardware fails from use, not age. We handle the doors your staff and customers touch a hundred times a day, and we plan the key hierarchy so a departing employee doesn't mean re-keying the whole site.
What's included
- Shopfront patch locks, hook bolts and mortice locks
- Master key and grand master key systems
- Panic and exit hardware supply and adjustment
- Door closers, floor springs and pivot repairs
- Cabinet, locker and roller shutter locks
- Scheduled maintenance for multi-door sites
How the job runs
- 1
Site review
We document every door, lock and key currently in circulation.
- 2
Key plan
A written hierarchy showing who holds what and which doors each key opens.
- 3
Staged install
Work scheduled around trading hours so doors are never left unsecured.
- 4
Key register
You receive a register you can maintain as staff join and leave.
Things worth knowing
- Exit and egress hardware on public buildings is governed by the National Construction Code. We will not fit hardware that blocks a required exit path.
- We can invoice on account for businesses with recurring work.
