Most homes we see have a mix of hardware fitted by different people over decades. We assess what you actually have, tell you which parts are still doing their job, and replace only what needs replacing.
What's included
- Deadlock and entry set supply and installation
- Sliding door and window lock fitting
- Screen and security door locks
- Repairs to sticking, dropping or misaligned doors
- Keyed-alike setups so one key runs the house
- Lock changes after a move, separation or lost keys
How the job runs
- 1
Assessment
We walk the entry points and note the hardware, door material and any alignment issues.
- 2
Written quote
Itemised parts and labour. You approve before we order or cut anything.
- 3
Installation
Fitted to the manufacturer's template, tested open and closed, keys handed over and counted.
- 4
Aftercare
Workmanship warranty in writing, plus the manufacturer warranty on the hardware itself.
Things worth knowing
- If your home is rented, your landlord or agent generally needs to approve changes to locks. We can supply documentation for them.
- Insurance policies sometimes specify a minimum lock standard. Bring the wording and we will match hardware to it.
