A lockout is stressful, and the wrong response makes it expensive. We attend, identify the lock type, and choose the least destructive method that will actually work on that hardware. If a lock has to be drilled, we tell you before we touch it and we tell you what replacing it will cost.

We ask what type of door and lock you have, and where you are. You get a callout figure and an estimate range before we leave.

We confirm you're entitled to access the property before any work begins.

Non-destructive entry first. Drilling is a last resort and only with your go-ahead.

We secure
Lock re-tested, or replaced and keyed if it was damaged. Invoice and warranty details supplied.
Things worth knowing
- Proof of entitlement to enter is required - photo ID with the address, a lease, a rates notice, or a landlord/agent confirmation.
- Some high-security and euro-profile cylinders cannot be opened non-destructively. We will say so up front rather than after the fact.
